People Really Believed the Headless Chicken KFC Hoax!

I am not sure if you ever head about it, but I sure did. It was a few years back, when I was still in high school, roughly ten to twelve years ago, when rumors started circulating the world afar that popular fast food restaurant, Kentucky Fried Chicken, was using headless chickens to derive their cheap chicken meat for their meals. Rubbish people – but at the same time it was pretty funny that there were those who are silly enough to be taken in by this KFC scam and who actually believed the crap that they heard. I have heard this KFC hoax from many different people on several different occasions, and even took the liberty of looking it up online – there are whole websites dedicated to proving they grow headless chickens, when this is indeed impossible to do.

People – Standard Bodily Functions Still Apply
Look, basically, it’s just impossible to grow a chicken without a head, and what purpose would that serve anyway? How would the chicken eat? How would it use the bathroom? How would it survive, breathe, drink water, and so on? Exactly! So there were people telling me that this KFC hoax was real because the fast food chain was trying to save money on the costs of meat. But in reality, if they had to grow headless chickens it would cost them more. They would have to hand feed each one. They would need to have an IV in each chicken to supply vital nutrients and water, and how would the animal breath? There is no such thing as a real headless chicken people, unless of course, it just had its head chopped off on the butcher block. And that is called a dead chicken.

If we Could Grow Chicken Meat, Why Would we Kill Live Chickens?
Another point that I wish to cross here regarding this lofty KFC hoax is as follows. If we had the ability to grow chicken meat, then why would we attach a body that has to have the feathers removed, and be cleaned? Would we just not grow the meat instead, and save ourselves the troubles? What would be the purpose?

KFC is Bad For you Sure, but they Don’t Raise Headless Chickens
There is no question that eating fried chicken is not the healthiest fare of nourishment. However, just because a fast food company serves fried chicken for cheap, does not mean they supplement their costs by raising them without heads. That would be silly. Then all of the burger joints out there would be raising headless cattle. The vegetarian joints would be serving veggies that grew in the air, and so on. It’s just a silly gesture in reality.

Did Everybody Forget About the FDA?
Finally, last but certainly not least in this debate is the FDA (the Food and Drug Administration). They inspect all meat packing plants several times per year, and they do not approve the growth of headless chickens. So these same people are trying to convince me that KFC would risk losing its food license and a few times per year they would hide the real headless chicken plant, when the FDA visits for an inspection, just so they can shave a few bucks off their operating costs? There is no such thing as growing live headless chickens.

In Conclusion:
The KFC hoax is exactly this: a bad hoax at best, one that only morons buy into. And if you do believe it to be true, I know a dude who will sell you stock in the Brooklyn Bridge and beachfront property in Arizona!
