Captain George is a seafood restaurant for those of you who do not have one of the available in your area. They are buffet style but you can also order dishes from the menu if you choose to. From my experience every time I go there they are really packed – it is quite a big restaurant.
Not to mention the fact that they have fast service and the waiters and waitresses are always polite. The food is always fresh and they refill your drinks super quick as well. However, many people do not like Captain George’s because they feel it is pricey – approximately $50 per person.
To me I feel Captain George’s is worth the money due to the quality of their food and service. However, I know people who would never step foot in there because they don’t want to pay the money for the food. What is the average amount that you feel is too much for food? Is it true that people would rather settle for McDonalds and Burger King before they treat themselves out at the finer restaurants?
From searching around the web it seems as though that is in fact the answer. Most adults would prefer to have a cheap, greasy meal then to have a fresh upper class meal because they cannot see themselves spending $50 on a buffet when there are other buffets that you will spend $100 or better on. Is this just something that takes place in Virginia or is it everywhere?
