Sweet Tomatoes is a restaurant that many people throughout the country have not had the delight of enjoying. This restaurant offers a large, healthy salad bar, a soup bar and delicious, healthy dessert options. For one low price, you can enjoy all you can eat healthy food that will not leave you bloated and uncomfortable after eating. With all of the unhealthy restaurants in this country, we need more Sweet Tomatoes restaurants, or some quality dupes. Americans are getting fatter and fatter, and low-cost restaurant food choices may be helping to drive us there.

Sweet Tomatoes has 112 company-owned restaurants, scattered here and there throughout many western states and some southern states. Of these locations, 48 are in California and 26 are in Florida. That leaves the rest of the country virtually Sweet Tomatoes and Souplantation-less. Yes, I know that people who live in California and Florida tend to care a bit more about their health than people in many other states, but give us a chance! I loved your restaurant and visited it regularly when I lived in Florida, but I am now live in a state with none of your restaurants. I have considered (seriously!) taking a trip to the next state over, just to have your delicious soup and salad buffet once again.



The truth is that this restaurant chain would not do well in many areas of the country where people consider pizza and French fries the daily staples of their diet. Only when Americans begin eating healthier will good-quality soup and salad bars become more popular and widespread throughout the country. Until then, I will keep my "trip to Sweet Tomatoes" piggy bank active, so that I can have a delicious, healthy buffet experience once again. Your healthy, delicious desserts are calling my name.
